Responsibilities include:
โข Managing daily office operations and ensuring office readiness
โข Supervising and coordinating tasks within a small team

โข Preparing reports, documentation, and summaries for management
โข Providing customer support and handling customer and staff inquiries professionally Providing customer support
โข Maintaining organization, systems, and smooth office functioning
โข Supporting strategy development and assisting in the implementation of new processes, projects, and operational improvements
โขTranslating strategic ideas into actionable steps and ensuring follow-through
โข Monitoring progress on goals and ensuring deadlines are met
โข Working with management to identify gaps, propose solutions, and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
โข Minimum of an Associate Degree in Business, Office Administration, IT, Management, or a related field
โข Experience in an administrative, supervisory, office management, or leadership-support role
โข Proficiency in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
โข Computer/Internet savvy and quick to learn new software tools
โข Typing speed of minimum 45 WPM

– Proficiency in Web Design (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms)
– Computer/Internet savvy and quick to learn new software tools
– Typing speed of minimum 45 WPM
