Responsibilities include:

โ€ข Managing daily office operations and ensuring office readiness

โ€ข Providing customer support and handling customer and staff inquiries professionally Providing customer support
โ€ข Maintaining organization, systems, and smooth office functioning
โ€ข Supporting strategy development and assisting in the implementation of new processes, projects, and operational improvements

Qualifications:

โ€ข Minimum of an Associate Degree in Business, Office Administration, IT, Management, or a related field
โ€ข Experience in an administrative, supervisory, office management, or leadership-support role
โ€ข Proficiency in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
โ€ข Computer/Internet savvy and quick to learn new software tools
โ€ข Typing speed of minimum 45 WPM
