— Admin/Creative Assistant —

This is a full-time position at our main location and we are looking for someone  interested in long-term employment.


𝗧𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁:

– Have excellent work ethics
– Have excellent communication skills, proactive in outreach, and professional in delivery
– Be coachable, receive feedback with ease
– Be trustworthy with confidential information
– Ability to follow company policies and procedures
– Able to coordinate multiple efforts, simultaneously
– Be able to efficiently problem solve and think two or three steps ahead
– Be exceptionally organized and love being in a support role
– Be dependable, efficient in time management, and excel in multitasking
– Have strong follow up skills and always close loops
– Take ownership and pride in your work and have great attention to detail
– Have a positive, cheerful attitude and are not easily offended by quick notes with little context.
– Exude a high level of professionalism and emotional maturity banana
– Ensure confidentiality and control access to sensitive information
– Be a gifted organizer; you can keep calm through the challenges of a dynamic schedule
– Enjoy working with high-energy individuals
– Great at having boundaries between work and personal life


𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

– 2+ years of experience in an administrative/customer service support role
– Associate degree or equivalent in business/Office Administration or IT
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office

– Awesome Graphic design skills Photoshop/Illustrator & Canva
– Computer/Internet Savvy
– Typing speed of minimum 45 WPM


𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀:

– Touch typing skills
– Foreign language (Creole, French, Spanish)
– Web Design
– Marketing skills

– Digital work experience
